This is one of my favorite Añejos’s. Smooth, spicy, woody. Absolutely delicious.

It’s indeed a premium tequila. Not as smooth as I expected but well balanced. I sipped it neat but it’s better to sip it with the traditional mexican chaser sangrita and lime. To my taste it’s very good not excellent.

I would give this 5 stars, but I leave that for the next great find. I have been drinking Gran Class for years now, ever since being introduced to it in Mexico. It is not the smoothest Extra Anejo I have had, Cave De Pro, might be better if you prefer smooth. But Arette retains a lot more of the classic tequila flavor with the aged elements. It is a beautiful sipping tequila.
