I almost didn’t bother with writing a review as everyone else is in agreement – this is a 5-star tequila. “Authentic” is the word that best describes this anejo.
Not overly sweet. Not overly smooth. Well balanced. Just exactly what a good tequila should be. The reposado is also worth buying. You can’t go wrong with Fortaleza.

I spent a year Trying to locate a bottle I finally did I had to buy a combo but it was well worth it all three tequilas were we’re above average . As a person that grew up with Jose Cuervo I never understood what a good tequila tasted like the last 3 1/2 years I’ve been experimenting with high-quality tequila by far as this is the best tequila I’ve tasted and well worth the wait
