A suprisingly complex tequila with notes of apple, pear and grapefruit. Let it breathe for 10 minutes before tasting. Do not consume anything too spicy before tasting. Works well with jicama and baby carrot slices sprinkled with Taijin or a similar mild spice.

I don’t generally like blanco tequila, but ordered this one for the tasting notes mentioned. It was better than most blanco, but I wouldn’t order it again.
