Nose: Hints of aniseed emerge from a clean nose.
Palate: The clean palate sees initial sweetness quickly followed by a cracked black pepper heat.

Distillery Information
Twin Spirits Distillery was founded by Michelle Winchester as a “one-woman distillery.” It was the first such distillery in Minnesota since at least prohibition.
