The rums are single-distilled in a rare combination of column and artisan pot stills, then authentically aged in heavy char American oak bourbon barrels.
The Real McCoy 12 Year Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: Buttery oak, earthy notes, spicy dark chocolate.
Palate: Caramel, complex wood & spice notes, orange zest, tobacco hint.
Finish: Soft, structured buttery, peppery spice, hint smoke.

Tucked away in the southern countryside of Barbados, on 8 acres of a former sugar plantation, is the magnificent Foursquare Rum Distillery and Heritage Park. This working rum factory is well known for its collection of rums, producing a wide range including the highly favoured Doorly’s, Old Brigand and E.S.A.Field.
