Terralta Anejo Tequila uses a 19,000 lbs steam roller which crushes the agave and custom copper stills are used in order to distill the water and steam every batch.
Terralta Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Medium oak wood, vanilla and raisins with faint hint of citrus.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Distinct oak wood complemented by vanilla, raisins and honey, with a hint of melon.
Finish: Caramel and smoky notes.
