Located in a small Mexican town called Juanacatlán, Tanteo makes its tequila at a cooperative distillery that employs mostly women and is focused on helping them get ahead and making a positive impact in the local community.Tanteo’s agaves are grown by the members of Tanteo’s distilling cooperative in the fertile soils of Jalisco’s Cienega region.
