Redwood Empire nailed it with Grizzly Beast. You get all the classic bottled-in-bond flavor you want—rich caramel, cherry, oak, and a touch of dark chocolate on the end. Batch 005 is fine, but 004 is easily the winner for me. It’s got a heavier mouthfeel, the spice hits just right, and the oak balance is way better. Easily one of my favorite pours right now.
