Agave is sourced from the Highlands and distilled at NOM 1107 which is a distillery that does not appear often in the American market. It appears that when the brand was launched the silver was bottled at 42% alcohol, but the current version is the standard 40%.Peligroso Silver Tequila Tasting NotesNose: A very classic and intense nose of sea-salt flake and preserved lime peel immediately leap from a glass of this unaged Tequila.Palate: Unfortunately, the palate seems a little discordant with some unattractive earthy notes and a loss of the vibrancy found in the aromatics.Finish: The drink finishes with a bit of the citrus character found earlier peaking through and a touch of salty minerality and baking spice.
