Kilchoman 100% Islay 10th Edition – 50%

The 2020 edition of Kilchoman 100% Islay is produced from barley (Optic and Publican varieties) grown in the fields of the distillery and peat at 20ppm. It is an assembly of 39 ex-bourbon barrels and 2 ex-Oloroso sherry distilled in 2007, 2008 and 2009, with a minimum age of 9 years. Uncolored and cold filtered, it has an alcohol content reduced to 50%, and has a limited edition of 12,400 copies.
