Hina Rum (produced by the same folks who make Selkie Gin) is built upon a base of Caribbean rum which is aged in ex-bourbon casks, before being redistilled with a secret selection of botanicals. Following that, it’s back into the cask for the rum – but this time, it matures in an amaro cask for a month! Intriguing stuff, and with a very snazzy bottle, too.
