A brilliant dark rum for mixing, produced in Bermuda since 1806. The name comes from the black wax originally used to seal the bottles. Rich and well balanced this has enticing notes of butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. The signature serve is with ginger beer in a Dark ‘n’ Stormy.
Goslings Black Seal Rum With Ginger Beer Tasting Notes
Nose: Pungent treacle, car tire, estery stewed fruit and banana cake with cinnamon spice.
Palate: Dark muscovado sugar/treacle and spicy cinnamon with zesty orange and blackened fruit cake.
Finish: Mouth drying burnt toast carbon finish with clove and burnt currants.
