Jim (Doc) –
A really smooth still strength tequila. Slightly rougher than the normal Blanco by Fortaleza, but not bad. Very drinkable

Very good sipping tequila. Nice mineral flavor.

Blanca’s are not my go to style, but this Still Strength delivers depth and flavor that far and away makes up for the lack of barrel character. The purity of the agave flavor, spice, jalapeno, carries and it is very smooth. Makes a great margarita too of course.
