The Amo Premium Añejo is enjoyed with its peculiar flavor that combines softness and body with a delicate touch of spices, caramel apple and baked pineapple. It gradually fades away in the palate leaving at the end a touch of fruit with flower petals and spices.

Nose: Sweet vanilla and spices.
Palate: Sweet agave and wood.
Finish: Strong fruit and herbal character with a lingering finish of caramel, vanilla, and cooked agave.
Distillery Information
The history of Hacienda La Capilla begins way back in 1895 when the distillery was built by two famous Mexican families of Aceves and Casillas. It was primarily Don Antonio “El Amo” Aceves, who devoted his life to the growing of agave and the Tequila production.
