Don Q 151 Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose is relatively tame for an overproof rum, with notes of vanilla, caramelized sugar and smoke.
Palate: Palate is the high-proof burn asserts itself immediately on the rich palate before offering caramel, coffee, dark chocolate and plantains.
Finish: The warm, spicy finish lingers with dried fruit, oak and tobacco.
