This one was allowed to age for 16 years, developing a wonderfully rich flavour profile of spice, fruit and vanilla. Yes, the still is wooden, which sounds ridiculous (like a chocolate teapot or a glass hammer), but the proof is in the pudding. Or rum. You could enjoy it as pudding, if you like.
