Nose: Ample vanilla, butterscotch, and pepper.
Palate: Undertone of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon integrates spices and oaky.

Distillery Information
Corazon Distillery began harvesting agave from the rolling hillsides of Arandas, which is situated in the Jalisco region of Mexico. Rather than clear-cutting the fields from the outset, the jimadors employed scientific tools in order to analyze the precise sugar content of the 80 tons of agave plants in Arandas.
