The deep gold spirit is double-distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils. It is aged two years in charred American oak, and is blended with an unspecified amount of extra-añejo–including a “limited production five year-old añejo.”
Blue Nectar® Añejo Founder’s Blend Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Agave dominates a nose additionally ornamented with traces of wood, white pepper and caramel.
Palate: The palate exhibits a steel-fist-in-a-velvet-glove kind of perfumy sharpness.
Finish: Caramel reappears on the dry, spicy finish.

Tequila Selecto de Amatitan distillery located in Jalisco valley.It is distilled by Saúl Pérez Santana and master blended by Guillermo Garcia-Lay. This unaged tequila is triple -distilled.
