Nose: Bold oak, with toasted wood giving a rich backbone.

Finish: Long and warming, with oak & spice staying present as the sweetness fades toward more dried fruit or raisin tones. Lingering brown sugar, touches of vanilla, a bit of residual rye spice.

Grapes such as Ugni Blanc, Baco, Folle Blanche, and Colombard are cultivated and distilled on-site, then aged in Gascony oak casks crafted in their own cooperage.
