This is the cask-strength brother of the Balcones Texas Rye 100 Proof, and is only available in limited amounts at the distillery in Waco, Texas. It’s 30 months old, twice as old as the 100 Proof, and made with the same mashbill of four different types of rye grain.

Nose: The nose has is dry with hints of toasted bread, honey, and subtle spicy notes of clove.
Palate: The taste is mouth-coating, oily, and spicy with pungent clove.
Finish: The finish is long and dry with lingering spices.
