The twenty one year old rye may be the best aged rye we have yet carried, if not the best then certainly the most elegant. The entry is soft, layered, and smooth with subtle sweetness from the barrel aging. The spice of the rye is never lost, however, and the whiskey is definitely a rye and nothing else.
