Two Stacks 5 Year Old Single Pot Still James J. Fox Single Cask Irish Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Immediate arrival of maraschino cherries leading to soft chocolate notes, summer fruits, raisins, a hint of nutmeg, and sponge cake.
Palate: Full of spice, Pot Still DNA runs through the whiskey, offering rich, sugar-glazed cinnamon buns, soft green apples, ripe strawberries, and cherries. The texture is creamy and full, with a touch of chili oil dancing gracefully with the sweet ice-wine influence.
Finish: An exquisite finish with delicate clove, more cinnamon, and a slight sprinkle of cocoa butter.
