Tap 357 Canadian Maple Rye Whisky begins with a blend of 3, 5, and 7-year Canadian rye whiskies that have aged in used bourbon barrels. The blended whisky is then flavored with Grade 1 light Canadian maple syrup, sourced from Quebec.
Tap 357 Canadian Maple Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of melted butter and maple syrup with subsequent sniffs offering fresh baked oatmeal biscuit, brown sugar and hints of vanilla.
Palate: Semi sweet, gently warming profile featuring maple syrup, whipped butter, pancake and ginger biscuit.
Finish: Fairly fleeting on the finish.

TAP is located in Kentucky. They import their Spirit from western Canada, and their maple syrup from eastern Canada.
