“Ron” is the Spanish word for rum, and Ron de Jeremy is an exquisite rum that is distilled in Panama to honour the legendary Ron Jeremy, the famous adult entertainment star who gained a cult following by having appeared in hundreds of adult films since the 1970’s.
Ron de Jeremy calls itself “The Adult Rum” which is not only a reference to its name patron but also the rum’s age: Ron de Jeremy is aged for seven years before it is expertly crafted by master distiller Francisco “Don Pancho” Fernandez. Its harmonious notes of fruit, oak and spice are perfectly complemented by hints of vanilla and raw sugarcane on the long, smooth finish.
Ron de Jeremy was awarded a gold medal at the Madrid Rum Conference in June 2012 and another gold medal at the SIP Awards in California one month later.

The exceptionally well-balanced and smooth RON de JEREMY RESERVA(40% abv) is a proprietary blend of super premium rums from Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica and Guyana. The blend includes hand-selected pot and column still distilled rums aged up to 8 years in American oak barrels previously used for Bourbon.
The color is golden with iridescent copper hues. The initial aroma is reminiscent of an aging cellar, with notes of charred oak, toasted nuts and fresh sugarcane. Once in the palate, the rum delivers on the aromatic promise, with layers of sweet wood intertwined with brown sugar and butterscotch, all harmoniously balanced. The finish is long and smooth, simply perfect.
The Ron de Jeremy taste is created by the legendary Master Blender Don Pancho Fernandez. With 50 years of experience in crafting the world’s best rums, he is one of the most respected Master Blenders alive.

Nose: Quite tropical (melon, papaya, banana), some sugar cane, creme brulee, raisins and spice aroma with a slight alcohol burn.
Palate: Sweet, syrupy and (of course!) woody, with definite bourbon vanilla and caramel flavours. Nice spice notes marry well with dried fruits and banana flavors.
Finish: Only moderately long (c’mon Ron, can this be true?!?), dry, oaky and cigar finish.
Distillery Information
The Monymusk distillery lies in the south of the island at St. Catherine’s Town and rum has been made from local molasses since the 18th century. It was not normally sold under its own plantation label, as the standard practice in Jamaica was for most rum to be sold in bulk for blending.
The sugar cane around the distillery provides the raw material for molasses, from which the rum is fermented and then distilled. The word molasses stems from the Spanish word melaza which was loosely based on the French miel, meaning honey, or in this context a sweetener.
