To round it off, an unaged rhum agricole from Guadeloupe is thrown into the mix, bringing oodles of funky freshness.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Ripe banana, oak char, dark chocolate, and caramelized nuts, balanced by freshly cut grass, lemon peel, and dried fruit.
