Lost Spirits Distillery was founded in 2009 by Bryan Davis and began producing their first batch of rum in 2010.They have three flagship rums, including their most popular, Jamaica Rum. Jamaica Rum is made from a blend of Caribbean-grown sugar cane and molasses, distilled and then aged in oak barrels for at least a year. The rum is produced in small batches and each bottle is hand-numbered and labeled with the date of distillation. The spirit is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
