Lonely Oak Distillery was born out of a dream and a promise. A dream to make small batch craft spirits using grains grown right here, in western Iowa, on the Hoffmann family farm. It’s on this generous land that we planted the seeds, harvested the grains, and perfected the recipes for the Heartland’s finest spirits.
