To honor his legacy and love of traditions, his sons, Jaime, Carlos, Alfonso, and Juan Jose have produced and aged this tequila using his original recipe, including hand-harvested agave from a very special plantation.
Imperio Del Don 10 Year Old Extra Añejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: This has wonderful aromas of roasted pineapple, dusty oak barrel, pepper spice, cola, and a light dulce de leche.
Palate: The palate has a good texture with a light spice and roasted pineapple again with some dulce de leche and now a light pepper.
Finish: The barrel is dominate giving a long rich finish.
