Anejo is always considered by many to be the premium category for tequila. This should never be mixed or cocktailed and always prepared neat (with a slight chill).

Nose: Medium oak wood, vanilla and raisins with faint hint of citrus.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Distinct oak wood complemented by vanilla, raisins and honey, with a hint of melon.
Finish: Caramel and smoky notes.
