A stunning, natural rum made from fresh pressed, minimally processed cane grown at a single source right in the heart of the historic lowcountry of South Carolina. Multipile cane varieties grow exceptionally well here and the artisanal agricole approach retains a tremendous amount of character from not only the cane but the terroir as well. Grown at Lavington Farms Ace Basin, the pot distilled rum was aged for ten months before being bottled at 44% ABV. This limited run produced a microscopic 270 bottles.
