CRUSOE Organic Spiced Molasses is made from fair trade organic molasses that have been micro-oxygenated to bring out the flavour of the sugar cane. For each batch of CRUSOE Spiced Molasses, whole allspice, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and vanilla are hand sliced and crushed, and fresh California oranges are hand zested.
