Fenwicks Distillery 1816 Indiana Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: On the nose, honeyed apricot topped with mint leaf, dried pear, vanilla bean, cardamom pods, and cloves.
Palate: On the palate, apricot and pear surge with minty rye spice as toffee and oak follow close behind with caramel and vanilla supporting.
Finish: The finish is balanced and lengthy with sweet and spice fading together as cardamom and mint persist with dried pears.

Fenwick Distillery began in 2022 with the mutual appreciation, and collection of fine distilled spirits amongst the expanded Fenwick’s family. The distillery was a welcomed addition to the Brewery and Public House Restaurant.
