Vinos y Licoreras is located at a scenic horse ranch and lake “loaded with Tilapia.” The distillery was founded in 1999 by Carmen Lucias Barajas Cardenas–or “Melly”–and oversees the operations. Their primary label is El Conde Azul. The tequila is made from 100% blue agave.
