Cruz Del Sol was founded in 2005. Produced from agave sourced in the Highlands where rich red soil, and optimum temperature yield the finest agave. Naturally fermented and double-distilled before being packaged in eco-friendly recycled materials. Cruz also donates 7% of its profits to various charities.
Cruz Del Sol Silver Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of cooked agave and lime zest with underlying notes of green pepper, sage, and grass appear on the nose.
Palate: Citrus is the first thing you’ll taste which then mellows to a honeyed sweetness.
Finish: As it finishes, the tequila becomes drier with notes of white pepper mixed with vanilla and has faint flavors of the spearmint candies your grandmother keeps in her pocket.

Located at the foot of Tequila Hill, in the legendary town of Tequila, Jalisco State, it is modern, yet still preserves the best tequila production traditions. This is achieved with the help of dedicated people who work for the company, and who know the craft of making tequila. Most of them have worked in the Fabrica since the beginning of its operations.
