Nose: Dried citrus peel, rich fruitcake, vanilla, toasted nuts and warm oak.
Palate: Orange marmalade, raisin, buttery pastry, oak spice and a gentle nuttiness.
Finish: Long and refined with lingering citrus zest and polished oak.

“Copeland Distillery’s story began with Gareth Irvine’s university project in 2015, fueled by a successful 2016 crowdfunding campaign (£30k) for gin infusions, eventually leading to a permanent distillery in Donaghadee, Northern Ireland, in 2019, rooted in local maritime history, creating innovative gins, rums, and maturing whiskeys, aiming to build a lasting legacy for his family and the region.”
