Nose: The initial aroma is tremendously ripe and alluring in its true-to-the-fruit-source manner; following aeration the aroma changes to a more cherry preserves leaning than fresh-picked.
Palate: The palate entry is properly sweet, ripe and cherry-like; at midpalate, the taste profile becomes more Maraschino cherry in nature than just-off-the-tree.
Finish: Finishes well and vibrantly fruity.
