It’s been made according to the laws passed in the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, which means 50% ABV, four years aging, and that it’s been made entirely at a single distillery, in a single season. Its flavour profile is bold and spicy, packed with aromas of caramel, vanilla, and rye spice. The palate is full-bodied and textured, with notes of more rye spice, pepper, and fruit.
