How do I place an order?
Placing an order with World of Whiskey is simple and secure. Browse our collection of premium whiskeys and select the bottle you’d like to purchase. Click “Add to Cart”, then proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details, followed by a tracking number when your package ships.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days, while international deliveries may take 5–7 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.
When will my order be processed?
Orders placed with World of Whiskey are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation. Once your order is verified, it moves into the packaging and shipping stage. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons, but our team always works to ensure your order is handled as quickly as possible.
How do I check/track my order status?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real-time. You can also log into your account on our website and view the current status of your order under “My Orders.”
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, in which case we’ll do our best to assist but cannot guarantee changes.
What should I do if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@worldofwhiskey.com. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update the address right away. Once an order is in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to make the necessary changes when possible.
