Angostura® 5 Year Old Rum is an exquisite blend of light gold rums, aged for a minimum of 5 years in used bourbon oak barrels and distilled in Angostura’s® multi-column continuous still in Trinidad. Carefully filtered through charcoal before blending, this is a luminescent clear rum with subtle golden highlights.
Angostura 5 Year Caribbean Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: Positively aromatic with light woody notes of coconut, caramel, lemon and hints of vanilla.
Palate: Soft and delicate with nuances of tropical fruits, mangoes and bananas.
Finish: Quick and lightly spiced with a sweet buttery fade.
