Nose: Initial impressions are of earthy aromas bolstered by caramel and brown sugar, some bitter chocolate and vanilla.
Palate: Oak, woody spice and pepper emerge on the palate and continue on into a somewhat short finish that also displays nutty caramel.
Finish: A sweet and long finish.
