Produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, Redbreast is celebrated for maintaining traditional Irish whiskey making techniques. Redbreast is made from a combination of malted and unmalted barley, which is distilled in copper pot stills. This process gives Redbreast its distinctive, full-bodied character with complexly layered flavours.
