Distillery Information
Two Stacks distillery was founded in 2020 by three friends—Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan, and Donal McLynn—inspired by both old Irish whiskey traditions and a desire to innovate. The name comes from the twin chimney stacks of the historic, now-demolished, Dundalk Distillery, which served as navigational landmarks.
