Starting with organic California corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley we then add Santa Ana award winning water to create the base mash for our straight bourbon whiskey. Once distilled we let our whiskey age for a minimum of 2 years in New American charred white oak casks in the beautiful Southern California climate.

Nose: Delicate and impressive depth on the nose.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of delicate flavors, nice and delightful mouthfeel.
Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.
Distillery Information
One story has it that a cat fell into a vat of gin at an unnamed distillery, giving the gin a distinctive flavour. However, the creation of this style of gin more likely lies with Thomas Chamberlain, an early gin compounder.
