Woody Creek Distiller’s signature Potato Vodka is made from three ingredients: potatoes (native Colorado Rio Grande russet, Chepita and Lady Claire), mountain spring water and yeast. After being washed and mashed onsite at the distillery, the potato mash is then stripped and distilled once to produce its 80-proof vodka.
